The SL-100C is described as an “entry level” deck and will retail at £799
Technics is releasing a new turntable, designed specifically for home listening.
Called the SL-100C, the turntable comes without a pitch fader, much like a number of other home listening turntables and unlike Technics’ famous line of SL turntables favoured by DJs. The company describes the new model as an “entry level” alternative to the SL-1500C home listening turntable, which was targeted at the hi-fi market and retails at $1199.
The turntable comes with an Audio-Technica VM95C cartridge and will retail at £799 when it’s made widely available in June. Find more information via Technics.
